Shipping/Delivery

Disclaimer: Certain items purchased may not be able to be shipped. Chemicals are shipped at the discretion of the carrier. Larger items that cannot be shipped may be available for White Glove Delivery or Curbside Delivery Only. 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Items that are on backorder will be shipped as soon as they become available. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. For shipping and order inquiries, please contact us at [email protected].

Standard Shipping: Only shipping within the Continental Untied States. Shipping will be through UPS or FedEx. Rates are as follows:

• • 0-10 lb package: $20
  • 10-20 lb package: $25
  • 20-30 lb package: $30

White Glove Delivery: Larger items (i.e. Hot Tubs & Pools) are not available for standard shipping. White Glove Delivery is subject to additional charges. White Glove Delivery requires you to be home to accept delivery. We will place the items in the location of your choosing (i.e. backyard patio). You will be required to send photos of your delivery space and pathway prior to.

White Glove Delivery starts at $500 but is subject to additional charges. You will be notified of any additional charges prior to delivery. Additional charges will be assessed if:

• • Delivery cannot be achieved with a normal 2 person crew.
  • A crane is required for delivery.
  • Delivery is beyond 100 miles from our location.

Curbside: Larger items (i.e. Hot Tubs & Pools) are not available for standard shipping. We will place the items in your driveway. 

Curbside delivery is $250. Additional charges apply if delivery is beyond 100 miles from our location. 

Supreme Spa & Pool reserves the right to cancel any delivery order if proper access cannot be achieved.

Returns/Refunds

All orders must be shipped and received back within 30 days from the delivery date. Customer is responsible for return shipping. All items must be returned in good condition and in original packaging. Items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Refunds will be posted to original form of payment within 2 business days of the package arriving to us. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 2 weeks to receive your refund.  

No Returns on Chemicals, Pool Cleaners, Spas, Pools or special order items.
